It happened to them...
Over the past more than 19 years, I have been part of an indescribable number of touching stories. To this day, it brings tears to my eyes when I read these honest writings, from the first word to the last.
I asked the dog owners to grab a pen because I wanted their success to serve a motivation, so that you, dear reader, can also feel what they feel, and appreciate that there is a way out of even the most desperate situation.
For most of them, it was a serious task to describe their experiences, but they did it anyway because they believed it would give faith to others. So that those who are now where they once started would not feel alone…

Csipke,
Mixed-breed dog girl
“We adopted Csipke from the “Noah Animal Shelter”.
She had her vaccinations and we started walking her. She kept pulling the leash and barked at everything and everyone. It was very tiring after a while, and we started to get desperate. We took her to dog school, where she did well, and then we started agility with her. Unfortunately, her constant barking still did not subside, she was afraid of all dogs and people, so she felt it was better to bark.
On one occasion, Anita was there as well and saw how Csipke was behaving. She was the first to tell us that our Csipke is a sensitive dog, and an active sensitive one at that. This recognition immediately explained many of her behavioral problems to us. We got in touch and Anita came visiting. If it is Friday afternoon, our “dog doctor” Anita comes to see Csipke 🙂
With Anita, Csipke started to transform, to become more confident and to enjoy life. Thanks to the many hours spent together, walks in the neighborhood are no longer a nightmare. She still barks and pulls, but there is a world of difference between what she was like before and what she is like now. And following Anita’s instructions, we now know how to behave in such situations and what to do.
We feel very lucky that we met Anita and started working together with her! We have also learned that, even though she is sensitive, we must be just as firm in demanding from her what she is supposed to do.
We already saw and experienced during the first session that Anita puts her heart and soul into her “work”, which is more like a mission for her, or a way of life; I think this is what she lives and breathes. Apart from being a superb dog trainer, she is also a wonderful person, full of positive energy and she has lots to share. It is fantastic what she can bring out in dogs! She sees right away when a dog is “different” from the others, and she has a solution for it!
Thank you Anita! ❤️❤️❤️”

Spenót,
Wire-haired Dachshund boy
“When we brought Spenót home from the breeder, we knew it would not be easy with him. We could see he was very scared and distrustful.
I called several dog trainers and asked what can be done. Everyone said bring him to dog school, so I thought OK, but we couldn’t put a leash on him and we couldn’t put him in the car.
HE WAS TERRIFIED!
And then, like in a fairytale, I was staring at a billboard AND I read Anita’s ad. AND she immediately understood our problem… AND CAME to see us! AND she said, we’ll solve it. AND she kept coming, she didn’t give up. At first, Spenót growled at her, hid and was very scared.
In the meantime, she told us a lot about dogs and her experiences. Then, slowly, Spenót let her get close to him. She was right!!! AND slowly, she was able to put the leash on him, and we started walking him together.
Anita also taught the children with great patience what to look out for and why. AND! We went on walks…we were so happy!!! AND he and Anita have grown so fond of each other that when she takes Spenót and takes care of him, trains him and I think she does something on top with him because when she brings him back, we get the feeling that Spenót doesn’t want to come home!
We are very happy to know Anita and to be able to count on her in any situation!!!
I THINK SPENÓT ALSO AGREES, EVEN MORE STRONGLY THAN US!”

Borka,
Kerry-Blue Terrier girl
“We brought home what seemed to be a steadfast puppy, but when she got out of her comfort zone (house, garden), she became unmanageable for me.
If I put her on a leash, even in the garden, she would “freeze”. Traveling by car was a nightmare; she was stressed, panting and often vomited. And after I tried these things, she was not the same at home either. She was frightened even by a leaf falling from the potted mint plant in the window.
Worst of all, the dog who I had thought was attached to me no longer greeted me when I came home. She usually kept a safe distance, and I felt she no longer trusted me. I was sad and at a loss.
I really wanted to find someone I could count on, to help me in such a situation. Anita convinced me already during our first encounter! A lovely lady arrived, with all her attention focused on the dog!!! And the dog immediately looked up to her and trusted her!
It was through Anita that I learned that Borka is a sensitive dog.
We had to learn how to manage the dog’s behavior, what works and what doesn’t, with her traits. This was the most important and the hardest for me at the beginning…
Working together with Anita has changed Borka’s behavior in a fundamental way. Borka has learned to trust, and I have learned how to communicate and behave so that she can trust me.
Because of her sensitivity, it happens that she still gets scared of things, but she doesn’t remain in this condition, she doesn’t want to run away from the world and her owner… This is the best!!! Thanks to Anita, she has become such a well-behaved and cultured dog that everyone is amazed. She is happy to jump in the car, we can take her to any dog-friendly restaurant, she behaves perfectly.
Borka respects and loves Anita very much. When she arrives, no matter what Borka flicks up her tail and follows her everywhere, with big wags. We are very happy about that, even if she walks away with her without even looking back.
Anita is a true expert, a real dog whisperer. She is very good at “educating” dog owners as well, which is essential for good results!
Thanks to her, we can live happily and have a balanced relationship with our dog. Without her, I can’t imagine how we would have managed to live with Borka…
Besides her expertise, Anita puts her heart and soul into developing sensitive dogs. If the owner is open to taking her advice, together they will work wonders!”

Judy,
German Shepherd girl
“Judy came to us at the age of 2, next to our 3 children. Her behavior showed signs of severe childhood trauma. As soon as we stepped out to her into the garden, she immediately ran away and watched the family suspiciously from a distant bush. She was so scared of people that you could not get within two meters of her,
and even then, she barked menacingly. We tried everything and read the relevant literature, but all in vain we could not get any results. That is when a mutual acquaintance mentioned Anita, as someone who was able to “work wonders” with dogs. Although we did not believe in miracles, we decided to ask Anita if she could help us with Judy.
We made a very good decision! Anita made a very positive impression on us even at her first visit, but what was really surprising was that Judy tried to approach her already on the first occasion – with her usual caution, of course. We knew immediately that in this case, perhaps “miracles do happen”.
Anita gave us a lot of advice on how to approach and not to approach the dog, what to do, which we would not have dared to do on our own. Anita’s work already brought spectacular results in just a few weeks.
Needless to say, what an intimate relationship Judy and Anita developed and from then on, she was regularly with us.
With Anita’s help and a year and a half of common hard work, Judy became a real family favorite, who had to be trained not to jump up to greet the little friends who came to visit our kids.
We became convinced of what Anita and the “environment” she provided meant to Judy when one time, Judy and we were waiting for her in the garden of our house by the woods. We heard nothing but the noise of the busy streets. But Judy suddenly pricked up her ears, stood up and, wagging her tail vigorously, ran down to the garden gate, where she started running up and down in ecstasy, barking. Only then did we hear a car approaching in a nearby street. To our ears, this was nothing special, but within moments, we saw Anita arriving. The unbridled joy by greeting Anita showed the deep bond between them.
We are delighted that we met Anita. She has been a great help in making dog ownership in our family a joyful and at the same time comfortable experience for everyone (adults, children and dog).”

Berry,
Border Collie boy
“Berry is our first dog. When we brought him home, we didn’t know what you need to do with a dog and how.
Anita visited us on the first day and helped us from the basics.
We made a very good decision, as Berry has a very sensitive soul.
He was very shy, but always welcomed Anita with great joy. He adored learning from her. Anita taught us how to build up our common life with the dog so that it works well for both of us. We learned that we need to be very consistent with the dog. Rules must be established and always followed by both parties.
We walk regularly, travel a lot and go out to restaurants with our dog. We are happy to take him with us, because he behaves well everywhere. Berry is an angel. We have received countless compliments on him.
Everyone says how lucky we are with this dog, but we know that part of it is luck and the rest is what Anita has helped us with. If Anita hadn’t dealt with us from the beginning, we would probably have been a lot more permissive and had a much more unruly dog.”

Joy,
Labrador girl
“I got to meet Anita thanks to my previous dog. There was no question who I would ask for help when we brought our new Labrador puppy home.
Despite the fact that we already had a dog and had an idea of the basic rules we wanted to follow, the little rascal was causing us unmanageable situations. Anita was quickly available and as I expected, had solutions to these situations immediately.
We practiced walking on the leash, recalling, playing together, and there were all sorts of tasks to complete. Anita can come up with tasks for dogs anywhere and out of anything. My dog loves her, she adores her, not just the playful parts, she has a twinkle in her eye at the challenges as well. Anita’s knowledge is visceral; she was born for this, a true dog whisperer, which both my dogs and I feel. She corrects things like at what angle to hold my hand and sometimes, it really comes down to little things like that.
There are countless tasks that she doesn’t do for me, but she does for Anita straight away. Anita has many years and endless experience and knowledge behind her, but more importantly, she is always enthusiastic, always present, and only listens to us when she is with us.
One time we were training at the bus and tram terminus, when my dog got scared and a visceral panic ran through her. I’ve been grateful ever since that I was there with Anita, who immediately started to release the trauma from my dog, and in the months followed, with her help my dog was able to walk confidently again in noisier places. Since then, we have been practicing regularly, because if we miss it for a long time, my dog starts to be afraid of certain noises again. I would wholeheartedly recommend Anita to all dogs and their owners, whatever the goal. We have been seeing each other irregularly lately, but there is a situation almost every day where I hear Anita’s voice in my head. I don’t always manage to do things the way we were taught, but I always know what I should have done differently, because Anita doesn’t just teach the dog, she teaches us to become the leader of the pack, if we let her 🙂”

Füli és Bobo,
Mixed-breed dog girls
“Two years ago, in the spring, I asked Anita for help. We had 5 dogs at the time, and were having a hard time with Füli and Bobo, our 9-month-old Vizsla-mix pair.
Anita came to inspect the “team”, gave us some advice and we got to work. We now have a lot of time, energy and work behind us, and the results are showing. The two girls are making incredible progress; it is amazing how much they have changed since we first met. Their overly fearful and distrustful behavior has improved a lot; I now enjoy going for walks with them on my own.
Our dogs really love Anita, and I am so happy to have got to know her. We made a friend; I hope we will work together for a long time.”
